Join us in worship and celebration for all that God has done in the life of Hope Church this season, and enjoy time together to strengthen relationships and encourage one another as church family.

We’ll have dedicated teams supporting activities for all ages, so parents and carers can be free to enjoy the teaching.

All of this will happen at different venues in Newton and St.Boswells over the weekend.

  • PROPHETIC - Dan Hudson

    Dan Leeds the team at Kings Church Edinburgh. He’s an inspiring leader who loves people and is passionate about the church discovering and growing in the gifts of the spirit.

    Dan will do some teaching on spiritual gifts then in workshop style show us how to step out and begin to use spiritual gifts like prophecy, words of knowledge, tongues, interpretation.

    EVANGELISM - Guy Pembroke

    Guy is part of the team at Kings Church Edinburgh. He is an enthusiastic evangelist and has seen many reached through their street cafe. He loves meeting people and telling them about Jesus.

    Guy has written a short course 'Share Life’ which he will walk us through, showing us how to be better equipped to be confident in the gospel and practically share our story and the good news of Jesus with others.

    PASTORAL - Gordon Rouse

    Gordon leads the team at Kings Church West Lothian - an area with significant social need. He has a big heart for his community. He desires that the church cares well - both the people we are reaching and those in church.

    Gordon will bring a biblical perspective to the importance of pastoral care. Then show us how to put those principles into practice and help equip us to care for others well.

    TEACHING - Andrew Rollinson

    Andrew is meant to be retired! Currently part of the leadership at Selkirk Baptist Church - he has a lifetime of experience in full time pastoral ministry. He is a thinker and enjoys teaching on biblical and theological themes.

    Andrew is going to do a deep dive on the book of   and help us draw out some of its themes. Then consider a practical application of how these speak into contemporary culture.

Tickets for the Saturday event cost £5 per adult (children under 18 go free), but don’t let this be a barrier. If cost is a concern, please let us know.
